Tracking contract and FTE employees - hiring, onboarding, terminations.
Performing some work force management functions
Limited accounting/payroll Interaction with Operations, Finance
Working with Financial Budgets
Although the focus is mainly on payroll functions, a keen understanding of all accounting practices is necessary for this administrative position.
Compiles accurate records of timesheets within a software system, computes earnings and withholds mandatory amounts such as taxes or benefits.
Accuracy and attention to detail are required.
Min. 3 years experience tracking contract and FTE employees - hiring, onboarding, terminations.
High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's Degree strongly preferred
MS Word, Excel
