Small Aerosol Manufacturing company in need of chemical assistance.
Formulate new and reformulate old recipes as required
Become knowledgeable of the applied science of aerosol formulation and filling
Work with lubricants, mold release, rust preventive industrial cleaners, consumer products, coatings and many other products.
Keep apprised of ever changing regulations at federal and state levels, that effect the end product.
Work with other departments regarding regulations, safety, compliance requirements from several EPA departments, DHS , OSHA and ISO.
Work toward taking over quality procedures as it relates to the product
Work with customers to answer inquires and problem solving in relation to the product.
Work with other individuals to support the existing business.
Some daily quality testing will be required
Hydrocarbon, aliphatic, Ketones, Chlorinated chemicals are part of the process.
Applicant should have some sort of chemical background through experience and/or education. Be self-driven, energetic, and highly motivated.
Salary dependent on experience. Good benefits. One shift operation
