General Summary:

The Campus Director of Admissions leads the admissions process at the ICE California Campus (scheduled to open in Spring 2018) in accordance with School policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, and accrediting agencies' standards and requirements.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with federal, state and accrediting agencies' standards and requirements

Assist in the structure, documentation and implementation of the Admissions processes and procedures from lead generation to matriculation

Manage Admissions Department staff

Develop and implement training strategies for department.

Coach, motivate, and develop staff

Meet or exceed enrollment goals by leading collaboratively

Prepare annual admissions budgets and strategic plans.

Monitor the student recruitment, application processes and statistical reporting

Coordinate admissions department with marketing and promotional events

Direct follow-up of student interviews and evaluations

Develop and implement department standardized policy and procedure, including audit procedures

Coordinate stitch-in process

Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

5 to 8 years of mid- to upper-level experience as a Director or Associate Director of Admissions/Recruitment and/or Enrollment Management, including direct responsibility for staff selection, supervision, development, assessment and accountability

Proficient knowledge of federal, state and accrediting agencies' standards and requirements

Extensive knowledge of admissions procedures in a higher education environment

Strong knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

Knowledge of CampusVue a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone, interpersonal and interviewing skills

Superior organizational, time management, and short- and long-term planning skills

Multi-campus management experience a plus

Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
